Overview:

A nationally ranked law firm is hiring a seasoned Litigation Associate to support its rapidly growing antitrust and commercial litigation practice in Washington, D.C. This role is ideal for attorneys with 5+ years of experience in complex litigation, particularly with exposure to antitrust claims, class actions, or regulatory investigations. The position offers trial opportunities, team leadership, and direct client interaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead or support active antitrust litigation matters across federal and state courts

• Handle full lifecycle of litigation, including pre-trial strategy, discovery, and motions practice

• Conduct and defend depositions, manage expert witness development

• Collaborate with litigation teams and coordinate client communication

• Engage with enforcement agencies (DOJ, FTC, CFPB) on investigatory matters

• Supervise junior associates and litigation staff

• Draft compelling legal documents including briefs, motions, and memoranda

Qualifications:

• At least 5 years of experience in complex commercial litigation

• Antitrust litigation experience or regulatory enforcement work preferred

• Licensed and in good standing with the District of Columbia Bar

• Strong case leadership, deposition, and motion practice experience

• Skilled in managing large-scale discovery and litigation platforms

• Bar admission in additional jurisdictions is a plus
