Sales Associate Shoot Straight Casselberry Location Casselberry, FL : Overview: Shoot Straight is a family of shooting sports retail stores and shooting ranges located throughout the state of Florida. Since 1979, we've specialized in helping our customers understand and purchase firearms for hunting, home defense, shotgun sports, target shooting, and much more. Our staff members take pride in providing superior customer service, in their command of the products used in the shooting sports, and their applications. With nine locations throughout Florida, and new aspects of our operation being added all the time, there's more opportunity than ever before in our stores. The Sales Associate position starts at $15.00 an hour plus commission for this location. However, top performers can earn around $18.00 to $20.00 an hour. Responsibilities: Retail associates create a safe and secure environment while educating customers and fulfilling their needs. Candidate will work with a full selection of firearms, firearms accessories, and ammunition. Employees will work successfully in all departments of the store (handguns, long guns, tactical firearms, etc.) also work as Range Safety Officers supervising our indoor shooting range, as well as assist with maintenance of indoor shooting range. Qualifications: The successful candidate:

Candidate must possess excellent communication and customer service skills, and be able to maintain a safe and secure working environment at all times while maintaining a friendly disposition. Firearm knowledge is a plus, but is not required (we train). Requirements:

• High school graduate or equivalent
• Pre-employment drug screening and continued compliance with Drug Free Workplace policy
• Criminal background check
• U.S. Citizen or eligibility to work in United States
