Job Summary: RK Auto is seeking a skilled and motivated Technician to join our team at our Virginia Beach location. As a used car Technician, you will be responsible for performing repairs and maintenance on a variety of pre-owned vehicles. This is a Full Time - base plus commission role in the Auto industry with the opportunity for growth and development. Compensation & Benefits: The compensation for this position is $18 to $30 per hour, paid weekly. Responsibilities:

• Perform diagnostic testing and repair on a variety of pre-owned vehicles
• Perform routine maintenance services, including oil changes, tire rotations, and brake replacements
• Use electronic tools and equipment to diagnose and repair vehicle issues
• Inspect vehicles for potential issues and provide recommendations for necessary repairs
• Maintain a clean and organized work space
• Keep accurate records of all services performed
• Meet or exceed performance and productivity targets set by the management team
• Communicate with customers regarding vehicle repairs and service recommendations in a friendly and professional manner

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Technician in the auto industry
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• ASE certification is a plus
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug test
