Plant Controller
LHH is conducting a search for a hands-on Plant Controller. The role is with a growing $100M division of an international Manufacturing company. This role offers a ton of flexibility and growth potential to the right candidate. This is an excellent direct hire opportunity in Plymouth Meeting, PA.
This is a hybrid position to Plymouth Meeting, PA (3x on site per week ).
A Day in the Life
This position would oversee the accounting and finance functions at a key manufacturing facility and would supervise 2 employees directly + 4 indirect.
This is one of the most important positions in the company as you will oversee costing functions for a $100M division. This is a blended role with accounting and finance (budgeting, forecasting, etc.). You will be responsible for oversight of Cost of Goods Sold (COGS), raw material, creation of polices and procedures, developing production schedules, and analyzing the bottom line.
Integrity, excellent organizational skills, and communication skills are just some of the core focuses of the role.
Experience with Cost Accounting and Inventory Management is required. Strong supervisory experience is required.
Job Requirements
You possess:
Salary : $120,000 - 135,000
Bonus : up to 10%
Location : Plymouth Meeting, PA*
*Hybrid - 3x per week on site
