Job Description

Our location in Port St Lucie is seeking an energetic Medical Receptionist to work part time at our PSL Employee Health Clinic. 

The successful Medical Receptionist understands the true meaning of customer service and always delivers great service, works well in a team environment, has a natural "can do" attitude and enjoys a fast paced environment.

Healthcare experience is preferred. Knowledge of Eclinicalworks preferred.

Hours of Operation: (must be able to work weekends)

Mon-Friday 8a to 7p

Sat-Sun 8a-3p

Medical Receptionist duties include:

• Greeting patients, answering phones, taking messages and scheduling appointments
• Patient check-in and check-out
• Making sure all patient information is input into the computer correctly
• Scanning and uploading patient documents in a timely manner
• Assisting Providers and Medical Assistants as needed
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• BLS
• Medical Reception/Assisting experience

Healthcare experience in a similar job is required.
