Company & Position Overview

Join a top manufacturing company who is looking for a dynamic and experienced Maintenance Manager to lead the maintenance team.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead, train, and manage maintenance staff, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and in accordance with quality standards and company policies
  2. Create and oversee preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance schedules to ensure the continuous and efficient operation of equipment, machinery, and facilities
  3. Regularly inspect equipment, diagnose malfunctions, and coordinate or perform repairs to minimize downtime and maximize production reliability
  4. Control maintenance costs by managing budgets, capital projects, negotiating with vendors, and maintaining optimal inventory levels for tools, spare parts, and supplies
  5. Enforce compliance with OSHA and FDA regulations, environmental guidelines, and internal safety procedures to maintain a safe working environment for all employees
  6. Manage a CMMS system

Key Qualifications

  1. 5+ years of maintenance experience in an industrial manufacturing environment
  2. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field like Engineering, Mechanical, or Electrical (preferred)
  3. Continuous improvement experience like Kaizen, Six Sigma, and 5S
  4. Experience with electrical systems, PLCs, and hydraulics
