Our growing HVAC company needs a service tech to meet clients at their home or place of business to troubleshoot, diagnose, and fix HVAC equipment. Strong interpersonal skills are a must in this dynamic role. You have the technical skills to identify HVAC problems and the communication skills to explain what needs to be repaired, installed, or replaced, and why. • Perform maintenance and installation of HVAC equipment in homes and businesses
• Complete preventative maintenance and warranty services for customers
• Test newly installed components to ensure proper function
• Locate and correct HVAC problems, including component installation and replacement
• Read and apply electrical schematics, diagrams, blueprints, and wiring diagrams

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required
• Must have required state and local HVAC technician licenses
• The candidate must have excellent problem-solving and communication skills, and a can-do attitude
• Candidate must have a clean driving record and a valid driver’s license
• Physically able to lift 50lbs unassisted or 100 lbs with help
• The best candidates will have 3+ years experience in independent HVAC service work
• Must be able to adapt to service apps such as House Call Pro or Service Titan
