Job Description

Job Requirements:

• Greet and seat guests with a welcoming and friendly attitude
• Manage reservations and waitlists efficiently
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining and entry areas
• Assist servers in clearing tables and resetting for the next guests
• Deliver food from the kitchen to guests in a timely and accurate manner
• Communicate effectively with the kitchen and front-of-house team
• Support overall guest satisfaction by responding to needs promptly

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Must be punctual, reliable, and team-oriented
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Must be available to work weekends and holidays
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
