We’re looking for an energetic and experienced Full-Stack Developer to join our wellness innovation team in Boca Raton, FL. This is a hands-on, in-person role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment and is excited to build meaningful technology that makes a difference.

We design and build immersive wellness technologies that promote emotional balance, relaxation, and healing. Our projects include physical wellness rooms, therapeutic media, and interactive tools used in nonprofit, healthcare, and workplace settings.

• Develop responsive front-end applications using modern frameworks and tools
• Build and maintain secure, scalable back-end systems and integrations
• Write clean, maintainable code and contribute to overall system architecture
• Collaborate directly with the CEO and creative team to deliver impactful solutions
• Test and refine features based on user and team feedback
• Optimize applications for speed, security, and performance

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in both front-end and back-end development
• Proficiency with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and experience with Node.js, Python, or similar frameworks
• Strong coding fundamentals and ability to work independently
• Comfortable working in a collaborative, in-person team setting
• Must be based in or willing to relocate to Boca Raton, FL
• This is an on-site position – no remote option

• Experience with React, Webflow, or similar tools
• Familiarity with databases, APIs, and deployment workflows
• Background in wellness, medtech, or health tech
• Creative skills such as animation, motion design, or video editing
