We are recruiting for a Facilities Maintenance person. This person must be a team player and self-starter and take prode in the work they do.
Qualifications:
Solid work background
Minimum of 1 year experience in a Janitorial/Maintenance role
Team-orientated
Punctual
Ability to lift to 30 lbs.
Ability to perform manual labor
What you will do:
All aspects of cleaning
Mopping, vacuuming, sweeping, dusting
Emptying trash
Minor building repairs as directed
Related tasks as assigned which includes building and grounds maintenance and upkeep.
Schedule: 1pm – 9pm Monday – Friday (37.5 hours per week)
Pay rate: $16.38 per hour
