Job Summary:

As our Car Wash Field Support Manager, you’ll be the go-to expert ensuring our car wash systems are clean, consistent, and always operational. This role is ideal for someone who is mechanically and technically inclined, thrives on process and organization, and loves being part of a customer-focused team.

Car Wash Field Support Manager

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform preventative maintenance and troubleshoot mechanical or system issues

• Monitor chemical usage and equipment performance

• Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized area

• Follow detailed procedures to build and maintain excellence

• Travel to store locations when needed to provide support

• Support our store’s overall mission by delivering great service and operational excellence

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Detail-driven, ensuring quality and consistency

• A self-starter who doesn’t wait to be told what to do

• Optimistic and dependable with strong attention to detail

• Comfortable with mechanical systems and quick to learn new technology

• Enjoys following processes and improving how things work

• Genuinely cares about doing a great job, every single time

• Willing to travel as needed to support other sites

• Friendly, approachable, and works well with others

Qualifications:

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, or a related field preferred.

• Experience in convenience stores preferred.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite preferred.

• Experience in carwashes preferred.
