What You'll Do:

Handle incoming phone calls, chats, and emails professionally and efficiently.

Conduct outbound outreach via phone and email.

Provide top-notch customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns.

Follow call scripts and established workflows to ensure consistency.

Research customer inquiries using multiple systems and provide accurate responses.

Document customer interactions and resolutions clearly and thoroughly.

Identify and escalate complex issues as needed.

Recognize trends and alert management to potential risks.

Adapt quickly between different tasks while maintaining efficiency.

Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times.

Perform additional duties as assigned.

What We're Looking For:

Experience: Minimum 2 years in customer service, with at least 1 year in a call center environment.

Education: High school diploma or GED required.

Technical Skills:

Comfortable using computers, the internet, and email (Outlook).

Data entry experience.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams).

Work Environment:

Reliable internet connection to support inbound and outbound calls.

Quiet, private workspace for handling customer interactions.

Soft Skills:

Strong listening, verbal, and written communication skills.

Ability to handle multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities.

Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
