Sierra Executive Solutions, Inc. (SES) is recruiting for a Reno client company's Building Engineer career opportunity. This is an exciting opportunity as the hiring organization is a mission-driven 501c3 non-profit constructing a well-funded (by a notable foundation) state-of-the-art multi-purpose facility in South Reno! Local No. Nevada professionals will be given preference in consideration.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Facilitate the maintenance and repairs of building equipment and systems, such as electrical, plumbing, and HVAC with maintenance team.
• Coordination and oversight of installation of new equipment as needed.
• Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance to identify and address issues before they become operational disruptions
• Write preventive maintenance schedules and protocols for assigned buildings.
• Hands-on role with Staff Supervison.

Qualifications, Requirements of Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering is required.
• 10+ years in engineering or construction management.
• Experience with Inteliweb (Delta Controls BMS), MAINTAIN X, and Sage Inventory is a major benefit.
• Prior Staff management experience.
