This role is perfect for a strategic and highly creative leader who thrives in shaping brand identity and delivering visually compelling campaigns. The Associate Creative Director will lead a growing team of designers and copywriters, providing mentorship and creative direction while driving the evolution of visual systems across multiple marketing channels. This position requires both hands-on design skills and the ability to influence senior stakeholders, translating business objectives into innovative and measurable creative solutions. You will collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Growth, and Marketing teams to develop campaigns that engage audiences and amplify brand impact. The environment is dynamic, collaborative, and encourages pushing creative boundaries while maintaining consistency and quality across all touchpoints.

Accountabilities

As Associate Creative Director, you will:

• Lead and execute high-priority design projects, contributing hands-on when necessary.
• Mentor, coach, and provide constructive feedback to a team of designers and copywriters to foster skill growth and creative excellence.
• Drive the evolution and implementation of visual identity and design systems across all brand touchpoints.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver creative solutions aligned with business goals and customer needs.
• Oversee and direct agency and contractor work, ensuring high-quality external creative output.
• Develop campaigns and design systems that drive measurable consumer engagement and maintain a distinctive brand voice.

Requirements

The ideal candidate should have:

• 10+ years of professional design experience with at least 3 years leading creative teams.
• Strong portfolio showcasing integrated brand campaigns and measurable business impact.
• Exceptional leadership, mentorship, and people management skills.
• Advanced proficiency with design tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Excellent storytelling, presentation, and communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Deep understanding of marketing channels, design systems, and measurement of creative effectiveness.
• Strategic thinking with the ability to translate business objectives into compelling visual narratives.
• Collaboration skills to work closely with writers, producers, marketers, and researchers.
• Bonus: Experience with photography, motion animation, video, emerging design tools, and regulated industry compliance.
