Job Description

This is a remote position.

Part time role

Schedule: Monday - Friday 2PM - 6PM PST 

Job Overview: The primary role of an Appointment Setter is to engage with potential clients through phone calls, aiming to set up meetings between the sales team and qualified prospects. This position requires excellent communication skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to handle objections while maintaining a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively call leads using the provided dialer system.
  • Set up appointments for sales representatives, ensuring that the prospect meets the company's criteria.
  • Perform initial qualification of prospects over the phone, determining their interest and potential fit.
  • Update and maintain accurate records of customer interactions, ensuring that all notes and information are up-to-date in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth transition of leads and provide insights on potential client needs.
  • Handle objections and provide information to prospects in a clear and concise manner.
  • Stay updated on the company's products, services, and market trends to effectively communicate value to prospects.

Requirements

  • Fluent English speaker with clear, professional communication skills
  • Proven sales experience and ability to engage prospects effectively
  • Manage inbound leads from social media ads and other campaigns
  • Handle lead follow-up promptly and consistently
  • Schedule qualified appointments with potential clients
  • Perform general VA tasks such as email management, data entry, and CRM updates
  • Strong organizational skills to track and manage lead flow
  • Positive attitude, persistence, and customer-first mindset
