We’re looking for an experienced Account Manager to join our growing Go-To-Market team as our first hire for the role. You’ll play a critical role in developing and scaling the Account Management function, working closely with senior leadership to establish processes and build strong, strategic relationships that ensure our customers are happy and growing.
5+ years of experience as an enterprise software Account Manager (experience in senior living is a plus).
Proven ability to develop and expand account management processes, structure, and reporting.
Highly personable, professional, and organized.
Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to manage existing accounts while cultivating aspirational contacts.
Ability to thrive in a dynamic startup environment, balancing tradeoffs and making complex decisions in ambiguity.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative mindset.
Solutions-oriented self-starter who takes initiative and drives results.
Passion for shaping company culture and contributing to its growth.
Willingness to travel 25%-50%.
