1. Delivery Categories and Timelines
1.1 Daily Essential Items
- Delivery Time: Within 60 minutes of order placement, subject to product availability and serviceable location.
- Serviceable Areas: Currently available in select cities where Odroo operates daily essentials delivery.
1.2 Mobiles and Electronics
- Delivery Time: Within 7 working days from the date of order confirmation.
- Shipping Process: Tracking details will be shared once your product is dispatched.
1.3 Event Tickets
- Delivery Time: Tickets or event passes will be delivered 10 days prior to the event date.
- Physical Tickets: Delivered to the shipping address provided during checkout.
- E-Tickets: Sent to the registered email address.
- Special Note: Ensure accurate shipping and email addresses are provided during booking to avoid delivery issues.
2. General Shipping Information
2.1 Order Confirmation
Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email/SMS with your order details.
2.2 Tracking Information
For applicable orders, a tracking ID will be shared via email/SMS after dispatch. You can use this ID to monitor your shipment’s progress.
2.3 Delivery Attempts
- For physical deliveries, our delivery partner will attempt to deliver the package twice.
- If the delivery fails, the package will be returned to our facility, and further assistance will be provided.
3. Shipping Charges
- Delivery charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout.
- Free delivery may be offered as part of promotional campaigns or based on order value.
4. Exceptions and Delays
While we strive to meet the stated timelines, delays may occur due to:
- Unforeseen circumstances such as weather, strikes, or high order volumes.
- Remote or non-serviceable locations.
