Refund, Return, and Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: 01st January 2024. At Odroo Technologies, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We aim to provide a seamless experience while shopping with us. This policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds, returns, and cancellations.


1. Refund Policy

We strive to process refunds quickly and efficiently under the following guidelines:

  1. Eligibility for Refund:

    • Refunds are applicable for canceled orders (as per our cancellation policy) or in cases of defective or damaged products.
    • Refund requests must comply with our return and cancellation policies.
  2. Refund Processing Time:

    • Refunds will be initiated within 7 working days from the date of approval.
    • Depending on the payment method, it may take additional time for the amount to reflect in your account.
  3. Mode of Refund:

    • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during the transaction.

2. Return Policy

We accept returns of products under the following conditions:

  1. Eligibility for Returns:

    • Returns are only applicable for electronic products (e.g., mobiles, gadgets, etc.).
    • The return request must be initiated within 3 days of delivery.
  2. Conditions for Return:

    • The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all accompanying accessories and documentation.
    • Products showing signs of damage, wear, or tampering will not be accepted.
  3. How to Initiate a Return:

    • Contact our customer support team via email at admin@odroo.co.in with your order details and reason for return.
    • Upon approval, we will arrange a return pickup or guide you on the return process.
  4. Return Shipping:

    • If the return is due to a defective or damaged product, Odroo Technologies will bear the return shipping costs.
    • For any other reason, customers may need to bear the return shipping charges.

3. Cancellation Policy

Orders placed with Odroo Technologies can be canceled under the following terms:

  1. Daily Essential Items:

    • Cancellations must be made within 5 minutes of placing the order.
    • Once the order is processed, cancellation will not be possible.
  2. Electronic Items (e.g., Mobile Phones):

    • Cancellations must be made within 12 hours of placing the order.
    • After this period, cancellations may not be accepted as the order will be processed for shipment.
  3. How to Cancel an Order:

    • Log in to your Odroo Technologies account and navigate to the “My Orders” section.
    • Select the order you wish to cancel and follow the on-screen instructions.
  4. Refund for Canceled Orders:

    • Eligible canceled orders will receive a refund as per the refund policy above.

4. Non-Returnable and Non-Cancelable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or cancellation:

  • Products that fall under health, hygiene, or perishable categories (e.g., groceries, fresh food).
  • Items explicitly marked as non-returnable or non-cancelable during purchase.

5. General Terms

  • Odroo Technologies reserves the right to refuse refunds, returns, or cancellations if the terms outlined in this policy are not met.
  • Abuse of the refund, return, or cancellation policies may result in account suspension or restrictions on future orders.
