Cancellation and Refund Policy

At Odroo Technologies. (“Odroo,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), we strive to provide excellent services and ensure customer satisfaction. This Cancellation and Refund Policy outlines the terms for cancelling orders and processing refunds for purchases made on www.odroo.co.in.

By using our services, you agree to the terms stated in this policy.

1. Cancellation Policy

1.1 Order Cancellation by Customers

  • Daily Essentials:
    • Cancellation requests must be made within 10 minutes of placing the order.
    • Cancellations after this window may not be accepted due to the immediate nature of delivery.
  • Mobiles and Electronics:
    • Orders can be cancelled before the item is dispatched.
    • Once the item is dispatched, cancellation requests will not be processed.
  • Event Tickets:
    • Cancellation requests for event tickets will not be accepted as per the terms set by the event organizers.

1.2 Order Cancellation by Odroo

We reserve the right to cancel orders under the following circumstances:

  • Stock unavailability.
  • Invalid payment or payment verification issues.
  • Delivery to a non-serviceable location.

If an order is cancelled by us, a full refund will be initiated.

2. Refund Policy

2.1 Refund Eligibility

Refunds are applicable under the following conditions:

  • Daily Essentials: Refunds are provided for incorrect, damaged, or undelivered items.
  • Mobiles and Electronics: Refunds are processed for canceled orders or defective items, subject to verification.
  • Event Tickets: Refunds are not applicable for event tickets unless the event is cancelled by the organizer.

2.2 Refund Process

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method (credit card, debit card, UPI, or wallet).
  • It may take 10–14 working days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider’s policies.

2.3 Non-Refundable Items

  • Products or tickets purchased during promotional sales or offers.
  • Orders canceled due to incorrect information provided by the customer.

3. How to Request a Cancellation or Refund

  • For Cancellations:

  • For Refunds:
    • Submit a refund request through your account dashboard or email us at 📧 admin@odroo.co.in.
    • Include details such as the order ID, product/service details, and reason for refund.

4. Important Notes

  • Refunds for payments made via gift cards or vouchers will be reissued as store credit.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases of incorrect or damaged deliveries.
  • For event ticket cancellations due to organizer issues, refunds will be processed as per the organizer’s policy.
